1. Shipping Policy

At The Specht Sheet, we proudly offer worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics partner, IFS Shipping (FedEx).

Delivery Estimates & Fees:

·       Shipping timelines vary based on the buyer’s location and service selected at checkout.

·       International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

·       All packages require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Customs & Import Duties:

·       Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees applicable in their country.

·       We are not liable for delays caused by customs agencies.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

·       Once a package is in transit, we will provide tracking information.

·       If your package appears to be delayed, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.

·       We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure to receive the parcel.

We welcome collectors, connoisseurs, and clients to our private showroom in Miami, Florida.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment options:

• Preferred: Bank wire transfer (fastest and most secure method)
• Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• PayPal (buyer and seller protection policies apply)
• Checks (cleared by our bank before shipping occurs)

Please note: Orders paid by check will not be processed until the check has cleared.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is for every client to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. To support this, we offer a 5-day inspection window from the moment you receive your watch.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all accessories, tags, papers, and original packaging included.
• The return must be requested within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• You must contact us first at contact@thespechtsheet.com to initiate a return and receive authorization.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return shipping must be fully insured, tracked, and shipped overnight (or via priority international delivery).
• Buyer assumes full responsibility for the watch until it is received and inspected by our team.

Return Approval Process

• All watches are subject to a mechanical and cosmetic inspection by our expert watchmakers.
• Watches returned in altered or worn condition may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds:

·       Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 business hours, minus:

o   Original shipping fees

o   Banking/transaction fees

o   Insurance costs

Important: Refunds can take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

5. Vintage / Pre-Owned Condition Disclosure

The vast majority of our timepieces are vintage or pre-owned and have varying degrees of age and use.

What You Need to Know:

·       These watches are sold as-is.

·       We strive to describe all signs of wear, patina, dial aging, case condition, and functionality in detail.

·       Our high-resolution photos are considered part of the official item description.

Mechanical Notes:

·       Many vintage watches utilize manual or automatic movements, which are inherently less precise than modern quartz models.

·       We do not guarantee water resistance, even if the watch was originally rated for it.

·       Routine service is recommended every few years to maintain optimal performance.

 

6. Authenticity Guarantee

We take pride in offering only 100% authentic timepieces. Our experts thoroughly inspect, authenticate, and verify every item prior to listing.
